About Wayne Dickerson

Wayne is an innovative prior CEO of a global, high-tech, software, and SaaS startup business. From startups to highly complex multi-nationals, Wayne has helped companies achieve greater revenue and margin growth, reinvigorate sales performance, develop senior leadership consensus, and build business leaders. 

Following a successful 20-year executive career with IBM where he led P&L's of greater than $1B in annual revenue and drove several commercial turnarounds, Wayne leverages his highly unique experience to help small and mid-sized companies scale, reinvigorate, or turnaround their revenue production globally.

Wayne has experience leading high-tech, software, and SaaS companies across numerous industry verticals. He holds a BBA undergraduate degree and a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering.  Serving as a CEO, Wayne has experience building board-level strategy and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) consensus. 

In addition to executive responsibilities, Wayne is an active CEO advisor to technology startups and non-profits, including Ascend Life Skills (www.ascendlifeskills.com) who's mission is to improve the lives of incarcerated, oppressed, and trafficked women.
